Ok, so I don’t eat pork, but the rest of my family does so I usually make them once or twice a month. One day, a few years back, the gas was out on the grill and I had thawed pork chops and had no idea what to do with them. I found this recipe online, made a few adjustments and have been making them ever since. They’re easy and I always have the ingredients in the house. My family loves these and I’m pretty sure yours will too!


1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/8 tsp. pepper

4 boneless pork chops

cooking spray

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place milk in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Dip the porks chops in the milk, then coat with the bread crumbs mixture.

Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray and place pork chops on it. Bake for aprroximately 25 minutes.
